Today the Phoenix House kicked off the School Holidays by having a Baking Day! This morning we made some delicious jam biscuits for afternoon tea which were sooo yummy!
The children conveyed fantastic turn taking skills throughout this activity and shared stories with their friends and teachers of what goodies they bake at home with their mummy's and daddy's. We definitely have some Baker's in the making amongst the Phoenix House :)
