We were learning a new skill in the kitchen today, how to make lollipops. Not that hard at all we found out with just three ingredients, sugar, glucose syrup and water. They key was to get the syrup mixture to just to the right temperature, not a problem with our new candy thermometer!! Well done Phoenix House, you were so careful around the hot mixture and keeping your eye on the temperature as it rose. Our Lollipops were YUMMY!!
